Italian oil and gas major Eni SpA (BIT:ENI) has acquired a portfolio of ready-to-build solar projects totalling 25 MWp in Australia’s Northern Territory.

ReneSola Ltd (NYSE:SOL) said it has sold a 55-MW portfolio of solar projects to asset manager Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI) for an undisclosed sum.
-- SunPower, Hannon Armstrong set up safe harbor solar JV
SunPower (NASDAQ:SPWR) and Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital Inc (NYSE:HASI) are forming a joint venture with the goal of preserving the 30% federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC) value for third-party owned commercial and residential installations.

The new enterprise is the result of the merger between Cemig Geracao Distribuida and Cemig Efficiencia.
