Innogy SE (ETR:IGY) said it has acquired two solar projects in the US state of North Carolina with a combined capacity of about 10 MW.

US power company Ameren Missouri has agreed to acquire a 300-MW wind farm, once constructed, in the state of Missouri.
-- Spectacular Solar, SkyVue set up PV maintenance JV relying on drones
Spectacular Solar Inc (OTCMKTS:SPSO), a diversified company incorporated in Nevada, said it has agreed with SkyVue LLC to create a joint venture that utilises drone technology in solar system maintenance.
