Aquila European Renewables Income Fund Plc (LON:AERI) has acquired an 18-MW wind farm in Denmark and bought into a 103-MW portfolio of small hydropower plants (HPPs) in Portugal, it said.
-- Edisun Power to acquire 23-MW solar project in Portugal
Swiss solar power producer Edisun Power Europe AG (SWX:ESUN) has signed a deal to buy a 23-MW solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Portugal that is expected to enter the construction phase in the final quarter of 2019.
-- Croatian regulator gives green light to Energia Naturalis to launch takeover bid for Luka Ploce
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) said it has given the green light to local energy and logistics group Energia Naturalis (ENNA) to launch a takeover bid for Adriatic port operator Luka Ploce.
