Spanish energy major Repsol SA (BME:REP) has acquired two wind projects and one solar photovoltaic (PV) scheme at home with a combined capacity of 794 MW, it announced.
-- Glennmont to buy 25% of Gode Wind 1 park off Germany
London-based fund manager Glennmont Partners said it has struck a deal to buy a 25% stake in the 330-MW Gode Wind 1 offshore wind farm in the German portion of the North Sea.
-- Ørsted’s Lincoln Clean Energy buys 103-MW wind project in S Dakota
Lincoln Clean Energy (LCE), a US unit of Danish energy company Ørsted A/S (CPH:ORSTED), has purchased a 103-MW shovel-ready wind project in Butte County, South Dakota, the company announced today.

The North American unit of French energy group Engie SA (EPA:ENGI) has entered into an agreement to acquire multi-trade contractor Conti Corporation, including affiliates engaged in the construction of renewable energy plants.
-- Encavis grows asset management portfolio in Germany, France
German wind and solar park operator Encavis AG (ETR:CAP) said its asset management arm has supported the purchase of several renewable energy assets at home and in France with a combined capacity of 36 MW.

Indian renewable power producer ReNew Power Ltd has raised USD 300 million (EUR 265.6m) through a rights issue so it could finance projects within its existing pipeline.

German firm Blue Elephant Energy AG (BEE) has bought a 26-MW solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio in Italy from an investment fund managed by London-based Abraxas Capital Management Ltd.
