-- Eni, Falck form JV to develop 1 GW of US renewables
Italian oil and gas major Eni SpA (BIT:ENI) will create a partnership with Falck Renewables SpA (BIT:FKR) to jointly develop at least 1 GW of onshore wind, solar and energy storage projects in the US by end-2023.
-- Aquila completes acquisition of 400-MW Norwegian wind project
Hamburg-based investor Aquila Capital said it had completed the acquisition of the company that holds all the rights to the 400-MW Oyfjellet onshore wind project in Norway from Swedish wind project developer Eolus Vind AB (STO:EOLU-B).
-- Aquila European Renewables to buy 43.2-MW wind farm in Finland
Aquila European Renewables Income Fund plc (LON:AERS) said it has agreed to pay EUR 36.7 million (USD 40.1m) for a company that owns a 43.2-MW wind project in Finland.
-- US Solar Fund completes purchase of 39 MW of projects in N Carolina
US Solar Fund Plc (LON:USF) has closed the purchase of six solar power projects with a combined direct current (DC) capacity of 39 MW in North Carolina, the London-listed investment company said.
-- TerniEnergia closes sale of 4.1 MW of Italian solar plants
TerniEnergia SpA (BIT:TER) has completed the divestment of four Italian solar power parks with a combined capacity of 4.1 MW to Mareccio Energia Srl in partnership with LCF Alliance.
-- Tikehau Capital inks acquisition deal for Acek's biomass business in Spain
French asset manager Tikehau Capital SCA (EPA:TKO) has signed an agreement to acquire biomass assets and related activities from Spain’s Acek Energias Renovables SL.
-- Pacific Green Technologies acquires Chinese CSP project developer
Pacific Green Technologies Inc (OTCMKTS:PGTK) has bought a Chinese developer of concentrated solar power (CSP) projects, the US-based provider of emission control systems said.
-- Sonnedix reaches 216.5 MW of operating solar capacity in Italy
Independent solar power producer Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd said it has achieved 216.5 MW of operating photovoltaic (PV) capacity in Italy.
The new milestone was reached with the acquisition of 12 solar power plants with a total capacity of 23 MW from investment group Ellomay Luxembourg Holdings Sarl.

Norwegian state-owned utility Statkraft AS has acquired the 47.5% stake that its compatriot Agder Energi held in electric vehicle (EV) charging network operator Gronn Kontakt.
-- Kallista Energy to buy 32-MW Dutch wind project
French renewable energy producer Kallista Energy has entered into an agreement to buy a 32-MW wind project in the Netherlands, its first in the country.
-- Endesa buys 1-GW Spanish solar project pipeline from Prodiel
Spanish utility Endesa SA (BME:ELE) said it has acquired a 1,037-MW Spanish solar project portfolio from renewables infrastructure builder Prodiel SL for EUR 36 million.
-- Engie Brasil to buy power transmission concessionaire in Brazil
Brazilian utility Engie Brasil Energia SA (BMVF:EGIE3) said its unit Engie Transmissao has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in a company that holds a concession to build and operate around 1,800 kilometres of power lines in Para and Tocantins.

The management board of German diversified group BayWa AG (ETR:BYW6) said before the holidays it expected to conclude negotiations in the first quarter of 2020 for the sale of a stake in BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH.

A consortium including South African vanadium producer Bushveld Minerals Ltd (LON:BMN) has acquired a 24.9% interest in Enerox GmbH, an Austrian firm producing vanadium redox flow batteries (VRFB).

London-listed investment company US Solar Fund Plc (LON:USF) said it has signed binding agreements to buy 39 MW DC of operational solar power plants in North Carolina.

New York-based energy company LS Power announced a deal to acquire for an undisclosed amount EVgo, the owner of a large network of electric vehicle (EV) fast chargers in 34 states.

Danish wind and solar park operator Eurowind Energy A/S has acquired compatriot SE Blue Renewables and its onshore wind fleet totalling 184 MW.

Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy LLC (SIRE), the operator of an ethanol plant in Council Bluffs, has bought back the Series B membership units held by Bunge North America LLC, part of food group Bunge Ltd (NYSE:BG), the company announced.

Turkish power producer Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Uretim AS (IST:ZOREN) has signed an agreement to sell its wind power unit Zorlu Ruzgar to Ankara-based renewable energy company Akfen Yenilenebilir Enerji AS.
