to-the-point: Vsolar plans 90-MW PV project in Malaysia

September 4 (Renewables Now) - Vsolar Group Bhd (KLSE:VSOLAR) and tree plantation business Genbayu Gemilang Sdn Bhd have teamed up to develop an up-to-90-MW solar project in the Malaysian state of Negeri Sembilan.

The two companies have entered into a collaboration and alliance agreement in relation to the project, which is to be realised at Genbayu’s land bank located at Mukim of Setul, the district of Seremban.

The two parties are yet to determine the total cost of the project and sign a joint venture agreement. The term of the existing preliminary deal is three years.
