Author: Comrade King.

July 19 (Renewables Now) - Infragreen III, an FPCI fund of French asset management company RGreen Invest, is among the subscribers in a EUR-12.5-million (USD 14m) bond issuance by Renexia SpA that will finance a 36-MW wind project in Italy.

This was announced on Thursday by Watson Farley & Williams, the law firm that advised RGreen Invest on the subscription. It said the bonds have been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

The non-convertible fixed rate bond will help finance the Casalduni wind park, a "market parity" project, in the region of Campania in Southern Italy.
