The company has inked the deal with Halpro Engineering Sdn Bhd, which is a special purpose company set up by Majulia Sdn Bhd and Greencells GMBH. The two partners bid in the competitive process held by Suruhanjaya Tenaga in the first quarter of 2017.

Halpro Engineering will design, build, own and operate the solar park in Mukim Bebar, Daerah Pekan, Pahang. The plant, expected to enter into service by the end of next year, will be selling the generated electricity to TNB for a period of 21 years.
