Solarhybrid to set up 6-MW solar farm in Slovakia

(ADPnews) - May 2, 2011 - German solar thermal and photovoltaic (PV) system installer Solarhybrid AG (ETR:SHL) said today it has been contracted to build a 6-MW turnkey system in Slovakia worth EUR 15.9 million (USD 23.6m).

The construction of the facility in the municipality of Badin has begun and should be finished by the end of this month.

Trina Solar (FRA:TR3), JA Solar (FRA:YI2) and Suntech Power (FRA:S9H) will provide modules for the installation, while SMA Solar Technology (ETR:S92) will be the supplier of inverters.
