April 4 (Renewables Now) - French independent power producer Tenergie has acquired, through its wholly-owned unit Terres d’Energie, a 107.8-MW solar plant portfolio in France from funds managed by DIF.

DIF Infrastructure III and DIF Infrastructure IV announced on Wednesday that they have finalised the sale of their respective stakes in 97.8 MW and 10 MW of solar power generating capacity.

Overall, the portfolio in question includes 29 ground-mounted or rooftop solar plants that achieved commercial operations between 2009 and 2016. Each of them benefits from a 20-year feed-in tariff (FiT).

DIF did not disclose how much it got from the sale. It was advised on the different aspects of the transaction by Astris Finance, Clifford Chance, LPA-CGR and RINA.
