SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian provider of products and services for the solar industry Solarpro Holding [BUL:0S8] said on Wednesday that its consolidated net loss widened to 1.1 million levs ($653,500/562,400 euro) in the first quarter of the year from 334,000 levs in the same period of 2017.
The company's operating expenses rose sharply to 5.9 million levs in the first three months of the year from 2.9 million levs a year earlier, Solarpro Holding said in an interim financial statement.
Solarpro Holding's operating revenue grew to 4.7 million levs in the quarter under review from 2.5 million levs in the like period of last year.
Established in 2007, Solarpro Holding employs over 80 people. The company specialises in engineering, installation, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems.
