Bulgaria's Solarpro Holding plans to skip dividend

SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian provider of products and services for the solar industry Solarpro Holding [BUL:0S8] said that it is planning to skip dividend distribution for 2017.

The company also did not distribute dividend for 2016.

Solarpro Holding intends to allocate its distributable profit in 2017, amounting to 870,000 levs ($534,100/444,800 euro), to its reserve fund, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Solarpro shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 22.

Solarpro Holding's non-consolidated net profit rose to 946,000 levs in 2017 from 12,000 levs in 2016.

Established in 2007, Solarpro Holding employs over 80 people. The company specialises in engineering, installation, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems.
