HydrogenPro to deliver 220 MW of electrolysers for ACES project in Utah
Jun 30, 2022 15:41 CESTApril 12 (Renewables Now) - Brazilian electricity distributor Energisa SA (BVMF:ENGI11) said on Monday it has completed the acquisition of several solar projects with a combined capacity of up to 110.2 MWp through subsidiary Alsol Energias Renovaveis SA.
Alsol is paying roughly BRL 6.9 million (USD 1.4m/EUR 1.3m) for three companies -- Renesolar Engenharia Eletrica Ltda, Flowsolar Engenharia Eletrica Ltda and Carbonsolar Engenharia Eletrica Ltda -- together owning some 33 solar distributed generation (DG) projects.
This acquisition is part of a 136-MWp solar portfolio acquisition announced in January. At the time Energisa said it was targeting a total of 41 solar DG projects in 11 companies.
The sellers are domestic company Vision Sistemas Ltda, and local businessmen Julio De Paula Kierluff, Weberton Luiz Goncalves Eller and Rodrigo Madeira Marque.
Energisa noted in the press release that completion of the acquisition of the remaining eight companies is still subject to certain conditions specifically applicable to these firms.
