July 31 (Renewables Now) - Irish renewable power producer Amarenco has finalised a EUR-158-million (USD 176m) financing programme via investment platform Infram Energy, The Irish Times reported on Tuesday.

According to the report, Amarenco has closed a EUR-123-million final tranche in long-term facilities for its solar asset portfolio. Landesbank Saar and Auxfip have jointly arranged the financing, while BPIFrance Financement acted as co-lender.

The move comes after earlier in 2019 the company closed a EUR-35-million revolving construction finance facility with Landesbank Saar. These funds were allocated for Infram’s French solar asset pipeline.

Infram Energy was set up in February 2017 as a joint venture between Amarenco and Infracapital.
